I have been reviewing my business recently to find out what it is I enjoy most. I have come to the realization that it is not so much the selling for income, it is all about the claim!

 

Many times, (over the last 32 years), when I've rung a Client for a review, a client will tell me about a claim that was denied by the Insurance Company I recommended.

 

This news I take with resolution to find out why it was denied. In all cases so far, where a claim should have been paid, I have been able to overturn the Insurance company's decision and deliver to the client the news. To be able to do this is awesome!

 

I have had the privilege of arranging payments to my Clients when they most need it - some didn't even know they were eligible for a claim - as people usually just file the policy away without reading it through to remind them of their decision.

I often visit my Clients in Hospital or attend their funeral and people ask me how am I related to the person - I tell them that I'm the one who arranged for the funds to pay for this and so much more!

I have spent the last 54 years in Palmerston North - 32 of these years doing what I enjoy most. I have now started a branch in the South Island of New Zealand, and I am excited about continuing my profession to the people here.

I enjoy Kayaking the coastal area's of New Zealand and in 2010 played Inline Roller Hockey for New Zealand.
